Practice Schedule

Penn-Trafford Senior High School Wrestling Room

2008 - 2009 SCHEDULE


Practice is held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays when school is in session.

1st Group: All 5 - 8 year olds will practice from 6:30 pm pm - 7:40 pm (Arrive between 6:10 pm & 6:20)

2nd Group: All 9 - 12 year olds will practice 7:40 pm - approx. 8:45 pm (Arrive between 7:20 - 7:30 pm)

All wrestlers must be on the mat and ready to wrestle by their designated time. Which means, you must arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your group begins to wrestle.

END OF JANUARY, FEBRUARY & MARCH PRACTICE SCHEDULES WILL BE ADDED AT A LATER DATE

WRESTLING ROOM GUIDELINES:
While practice is in session, parents are not permitted in the wrestling room. The wrestling room is for wrestlers, coaches and qualifed helpers only. Siblings of our wrestlers should also be supervised at all times during practice and children are not permitted to be running the halls. Please keep your children out of the Pool Areas, including the Pool Balcony at all times.

PRACTICE CLOTHES:
Clean tennis shoes, T-Shirt and shorts without zippers or sweat pants are the only things that are needed for practice. DO NOT walk outside with your wrestling shoes or tennis shoes on! Please have the kids wear a different pair of shoes to the school than what they will be using in the wrestling room so that mud & dirt are not tracked onto the mats. Wrestling shoes are not required. We will have used shoes for sale during the first weeks of practice.

Wrestlers are to enter the school by using the POOL ENTRANCE only which is located on the lower right side of the High School. We ask that you please do not use any other entrance.

Practice will be held every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday except when school is not is session.
No School means No Practice
