IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PRACTICE (APPROX. 6:00 PM)
The coaches, wrestlers & trainers will join us in the HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA after practice. This is a great opportunity to meet the coaches, wrestlers & trainers for the 2008/2009 season.
We are asking each family to bring one case of bottled water and the food item listed below:
Please bring to the cafeteria no later than 5:00 pm.

Final cut off for submitting personal ads will be Thursday at Meet the Coaches meeting. Submit to Denise Young.

Entertainment Books
Entertainment money is DUE NOW to Barb Wrobel (checks payable to PTWB). You can turn your money in Thursday at Meet the Coaches to Dan or Barb Wrobel. Meet the Coaches night will be the last opportunity to pick up books. Please contact Barb if you want your books brought to the meeting.

Penn Trafford Wrestling Booster Membership Drive
The Penn-Trafford Wrestling Boosters is the official fundraising organization that supports Penn-Trafford Junior High and High School Wrestling.
Over the years, we have provided scholarship support, purchased equipment, purchased jackets, hosted a yearly banquet and subsidized travel expenses. These are just a few examples of the many ways the organization supports the wrestling program at Penn Trafford. Please join the Boosters.
By joining, you will be making it possible for the current and future athletes to experience all the wonderful things that come along with being a Penn-Trafford student-athlete. Membership forms will be available at Meet the Coaches Night.

Meet the Wrestlers Family Dinner will be DECEMBER 2ND immediately following practice. All families are encouraged to attend. Each family will be asked to bring a case of bottled water & either Rice Krispie Treats, Salad or Pasta. Specific details will be handed out at the MEET THE COACHES NIGHT.

Please try to come, its only an hour long, but much is accomplished!

TRINITY CLINIC Just one more great benefit from the financial support of our booster organization.....
Trinity Clinic - Saturday, November 15. Bus departs the high school at 8:00am! All Junior High and High School wrestlers are to report to the high school no later than 7:45am. The bus will return to the high school at approximately 4:15pm.

MONTHLY MEETING NOTICE
The November booster meeting will be held in conjunction with Meet the Coaches Night on Thursday, November 20th. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00pm at PTHS in the LLA (next to the library). You don't want to miss this evening, its your chance to really get to know the Coaching Staff, ask any questions you may have and you'll get a lot of information about our wrestling program.

MEDIA GUIDE AD CAMPAIGN
Thank you to everyone who helped to obtain ads for the 2008-2009 Media Guide. Unfortunately our ad total is down about $1,000.00 from last year and we are running out of time to increase that number. If you do have an ad to submit, please contact Carmen Owens by Tuesday, November 11.

MEDIA GUIDE $5 PERSONAL ADS
There is still time to help make up some of the $1,000 by getting everyone you know to place an ad for your son in the media guide! Personal ads are due by this Saturday, November 15. Remember each wrestler or trainer that submits ten $5 personal ads will receive a 1/4 page layout which will include an individual photo. Personal ads should be submitted to Denise Young.
**Please note that the media guide deadlines are very important for meeting the printers requirements to have books available for the first home match.**
